Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with the full product and no credit card. Nothing is ever charged automatically at the end of a trial — you only pay if you actively subscribe. We designed it this way so a refund should rarely be necessary: you can evaluate ClaraCam on your real calls before spending anything.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase

If ClaraCam isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment (monthly or annual) and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal goes through that you didn't want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it and cancel the subscription. Outside that window, we don't prorate or refund partial billing periods — cancel instead, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

4. How to cancel

Cancel anytime from Manage subscription in the ClaraCam app, which opens your secure Stripe billing portal — or just email us. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Your account and settings are kept, so you can come back later.

5. How to request a refund

Email kev@claracam.com from the email address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If a charge looks wrong to you, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we resolve billing mistakes quickly.

6. EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By subscribing, you request that the service start immediately; our 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases meets or exceeds your withdrawal right, and nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

7. Teams plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Teams plans are set in the order form or invoice for that plan. If yours doesn't say, the terms above apply.
